PLASTA Mentorship Programme

After the successful 2021 mentorship pilot, PLASTA are excited to open calls for the first formal mentorship programme: 2022-23 BAPRAS-PLASTA Mentorship Programme

We aim to facilitate matching up to 20 junior (ST3-5) specialty trainees with senior (ST6-8/Fellow) trainee mentors over a 12-month period. Trainees will be matched according to their ranked preferences following a virtual networking event, and based on the information provided on their application forms.

All applicants will receive mentorship training and selection will be on a first come, first served basis.
